Positive: The location and secure parking was great Simon's communication throughout was rapid and when we needed help he was there.Exceptional customer service -other places could do with learning from Simon! The property was clean thanks to Nicky. There was everything needed to self cater but there are also lots of great restaurants to reach on foot and the local pub,The County gives a warm welcome.Great shower and comfy beds.The apartment is a good size with all the comfort and amenities one could hope for. Ample hot water Surprisingly quiet.It is great value.We anticipate a return next year for a few weeks and really hope we can get to stay in one of Simon's amazing chalets in Cleethorpes.
